I want to gift my roomate on his birthday, the thing is this photo was taken on my birthday and this is the only photo we have together. Looks like a small gift for your loved ones…but it is very much effective. Try to get one and it will be remembered for life. Just a suggestion to the product seller – the packaging could be even more better. No proper safety even after packaging

I sent instructions in mail to seller as per, the response i got was sort of like an automated mundane brief response. And the product was also dispatched within an hour after getting the automated response from the seller which got me worried.Pros :1. Wood feels premium, feels heavy to hold and seems to have a good life2. Picture is perfectly etched on the wood3. On Time delivery4. Instructions followed perfectly5. Looks AWESOME !!6. They edited it and positioned it superbly and so professionallyCons:1. NO PREVIEW { Seems this is for PRIME Members only -_- }2. Still no clear clarity in the editing process or final printing process, you send mail, you get a brief response and then you get product. Its a lot of Risk3. Looks to be Laser Printed, not sure how long the picture will stay on the wood or what sort of a life can be expected4. Colour tone is lighter than expectedOverall, even though i was skeptical and worried about how it would turn out, it was SUPERB! It looks seriously awesome as a gift and im 100% happy with this purchase

And I just love how they keep in touch with you on Gmail all the time and listen to your instructions carefully and make changes as we asked for .. love their patience.And the gift turned out to be really good, love the quality and everything. The print quality on the wood is good. Customer service is unsatisfactory. The WhatsApp number given in the product photos is unresponsive. As per the instructions, seller was supposed to contact for the photo after an hour of placing the other, but no-one did. Then I had to email the photo to be printed. I asked for a draft/soft copy of the final print. I did not receive it in the first place. Then somebody else sent me an email with the draft copy saying that no additional changes can be done now. I don’t understand the point of sharing the draft when no changes can be done.

Print quality very nice. Wood finish superb. Overall I recommend this product to everyone to get you memories inscribed on a wonderful wooden frame.Only hitch I found is that although it was mentioned that before print it would be shared for review. But in my case wen I asked for review, I was informed it has been printed. The not so good part is they print as it is the way u give. I asked them for review but they had already dispatched the product. This definitely an essential component which should be carefully taken care by service provider to have flawless experience at customer end. TWO CRITICAL STARS I HAVE DELETED from rating JUST BCOZ OF THIS MISSING CRITICAL ASPECT.

As a birthday was there on 17th August it showed that is will come on 15th and only a letter came on 15th and showed that whatsapp this no. And send the pic and the text to customise your order and we hv already sent it to them and so today it came on 18th August overall good??
