We have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of our procedures and conditions. This policy is applicable for orders delivered within India.

π Return Request Period
- You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for processing.
π¦ Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
- This video is mandatory for assessing the issue and proceeding with refund/replacement.
π Missing Items
- In case any item is missing from your order, share an unboxing video showing the contents of the package.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. If confirmed, a refund will be issued for the missing items.
π Exchange for Wrong Product (Ordered by Mistake)
- If you ordered the wrong product, you may request an exchange.
- Please note: Return and replacement shipping charges will be borne by the customer, as LuxGravia operates as a wholesale platform, not retail.

π Custom or Personalized Products
Printed or custom-made products cannot be canceled once the order is placed due to personalization and production costs. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
π« Undeliverable Shipments
If a courier fails to deliver the product:
- We will attempt to resend the product via an alternative courier.
- However, returns will not be accepted in such cases.
β±οΈ Courier Delays
- In rare cases, courier delays can extend delivery to 1β2 months.
- Please track your order regularly.
- If your parcel has no movement within 15 days, contact our support team for assistance.
β οΈ Exceptions
- Claims raised after the time limits mentioned above will not be accepted.
- No refunds or replacements will be processed without an unboxing video.
π΅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged/defective product (upon verification via unboxing video)
- Missing items that cannot be fulfilled
- Product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories
π¬ Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error is from our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
β Parcel Rejection or Denial Policy
If the customer refuses delivery of a parcel after dispatch:
- Double the original shipping charge will be deducted (forward + reverse shipping)
- 10% of the product value will be deducted as packing/restocking fee
- These deductions will apply before issuing any refunds
π³ Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days of product receipt to the original payment method.
π Important Conditions
The return or refund will only be accepted if:
- The product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product matches what was originally shipped.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- A clear unboxing video is provided as proof.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
If you believe the product you received does not match the product listed or is not as per your expectations, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate your concern and take necessary action.
